30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. We want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with the products that you have purchased, you may return the products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling charges. The item must be returned in re-saleable condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 days of our receiving your returned product. You will also be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part. 

Damaged or Defective Items

If the courier driver hands you a parcel which appears damaged, tell the delivery person, do NOT sign for the consignment, do NOT take delivery for the goods, and contact us immediately. If a parcel has been left at a pre-arranged site, and the consignment appears damaged when you arrive to pick it up, contact us immediately. After signing for the consignment, opening the parcel and noticing that goods are damaged or broken, contact us immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to replace the item quickly.
