COVID-19 Updates

In line with the updated New Zealand COVID-19 protection framework, our online store will remain open for customers to access the products that they need. 

The community can be assured that our strong COVID-safe protocols remain in place, including physical distancing measures, mandatory face masks (for customer and team interactions) and QR Code scanning at our office. The following measures apply to our store network, under the Red Traffic Light COVID setting.

All of the DIY Garden Lights staff and team are all Fully Vaccinated. 

QR Codes: QR codes are displayed at the entrance of our office. We require any customers that have organised with us a Click and collect to please check-in using the NZ COVID-Tracer app to register their visit. Manual forms are also available for customers without a smartphone. But please mention that before coming to our office. 

Since the outset of COVID-19 we have followed the latest government health advice and we thank customers for their understanding. Due to a high volume of online orders, there may be a delay in fulfilling your order. Due to high volumes of calls and emails, there may be a waiting time when it comes to calling our office or getting a reply to your email.
